Steve Fuller is the Director of Communities at BioTalent and the founder of Race in STEM, a global community aimed at amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. His work is centered around creating a collaborative, inclusive space for individuals to share experiences, challenge stereotypes, and drive change within the industry.
Steve's expertise spans DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and project solutions, with a particular focus on partnerships with organisations that support underrepresented communities. He has worked with a wide range of partners, including Google, MasterCard, and Imperial College, and is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys attending music concerts, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with his two daughters. Fun fact: Steve had a number one hit in the charts with Olly Murs, a moment that always brings a smile to his face.
