Sarah Pawar manages BioTalent's European permanent recruitment team, focusing on the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industries. She supports a wide range of businesses, from small organizations to blue-chip companies, across roles in QA, RA, Engineering, Clinical, R&D, Commercial, and Medical Affairs. Sarah fell into recruitment after a friend introduced her to the industry and has since become passionate about working in life sciences. She believes the future of healthcare will be shaped by personalised medicine and AI.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running, traveling, and exploring new cultures. She's particularly fond of the Philippines and Northern Ireland. Sarah joined BioTalent in September 2019 and is excited about the ongoing advancements in the MedTech sector.
