Laura works across the biotech and IT space, sourcing candidates for roles spanning biotechnology, biomedical science, research, technology, life sciences and administrative functions. Her day-to-day covers the full recruitment lifecycle: posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing them for interview. She also builds and refines CVs to ensure they reflect each client's specific requirements, and maintains pipelines of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
