Based in our New York office, Josh Goldberg leads BioTalent's Life Sciences group, specialising in recruiting for small to mid-size biotech and pharma companies. With a focus on clinical development, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, biometrics, drug safety, and medical affairs, Josh and his team are experts in connecting top talent with companies driving innovation in the life sciences. They also excel in building commercial sales teams for organizations preparing to go to market.
Josh joined BioTalent in August 2024, bringing a background in sales and a passion for making a positive impact. Transitioning from the solar energy sector, he found his calling in life sciences recruitment, where he could contribute to an industry that changes lives. In addition to managing a team of seasoned recruiters, Josh specializes in business development, account management, and client expansion, ensuring his clients receive tailored support to meet their hiring needs. Josh has witnessed significant shifts in the life sciences industry, particularly during and after the pandemic.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys an active lifestyle, from snowboarding and tennis to disc golf and music. He is a proud new dad.
