Jason brings over three decades of international experience in biotechnology, combining academic research with leadership in industry and entrepreneurial success. He has founded and successfully exited three bioscience start-ups, held senior leadership roles across the sector, and contributed extensively to peer-reviewed publications in neuroscience, business, and workforce science.
Alongside his industry expertise, Jason holds postgraduate degrees in Neuroscience, an MBA, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with a strong academic background in Pharmacology, Neuroscience, and Business. His current research at UCL, London, and previously at the University of Dundee, focuses on BioPharma talent dynamics using advanced mathematical modelling, with particular emphasis on the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Technologies, Digitisation, and Automation into the future of work.
