Nancy Ragonese joined BioX in August 2026 as Founding Partner for the US business, bringing close to 20 years' experience partnering with biopharma organisations to identify and place executive and C-suite talent. She has built a strong reputation across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors for placing leaders across sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs and executive leadership, working with both emerging biotechs and established pharmaceutical organisations through critical periods of growth, commercialisation and expansion.
Most recently, Nancy has focused on commercial sales workforce planning within highly specialised therapeutic areas, helping clients secure talent in competitive, fast-moving markets. Her approach centres on strategic recruiting partnerships and deep industry networks, delivering results with speed and a collaborative, relationship-led style.
