James Cox is the visionary CEO and Founder of BioTalent, a company he launched in 2018 to revolutionise STEM recruitment. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, excellence, and fostering growth within the global STEM landscape.

Before founding BioTalent, James honed his expertise at Hobson Prior, where he achieved record-breaking permanent billings and played a pivotal role in expanding the Acacium Group's global footprint. In 2023, James spearheaded BioTalent’s acquisition by The IN Group, creating a global specialist division with over 60 experts dedicated to solving the talent shortage in life sciences.
Outside of work, James cherishes time with his wife and two young children. A sports enthusiast, he’s often found on the tennis court, skiing down mountains, or capturing moments as a passionate amateur photographer - a craft he once pursued professionally, with his work featured in Red Bull publications and F1 events.

A rapidly growing life sciences consultancy is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Operating Model Design practice. This team partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to design and implement operating models that enable growth, improve effectiveness, and support strategic transformation.
